During our trips and coaching sessions we often record them either as photos or as videos, here are some of our escapades. Due to web traffic and site storage limitations the videos are links to YouTube videos.
This was an eventful day (especially for me) on a very swollen North Wales river Jan 2016 (filmed by Daniel Street).
River Dee Paddle
Club outing on one of our classic rivers Nov 2015. This River is one of the ones we can nearly always rely on to have sufficient water levels for paddling all year around.(Filmed by Andy Jones)
Llyn Padarn open boating
A small group enjoying getting out in the canoes Nov 2015. We often use Llyn Padarn in Llanberis as a local venue for honing our skills. It is a stunning location placed right at the foot of Mt Snowdon. (Filmed by Andy Jones).
Adult Pool Session
Pool lesson from October 2016, the pool sessions we run are aimed at introducing junior and adult beginners to kayaks in a safe and warm environment so they can learn the basics before moving on to outdoor environments. We also use them for the more advanced paddlers to practice and improve their skill levels. Coaching skills are also updated and put in to practice, novice coaches can help coaching under the supervision and guidance of our more experienced and advanced coaching team. (Filmed by Andy Jones)
We do like to get out and do things without a boat strapped to us now an then. The aquatic clothing and safety equipment we use for boating is suitable for other pursuits as well, on this occasion Dave, our head coach, used one of his other skill sets to take us gorge walking up a waterfall near Dolgarrog, it was a fantatic way to spend the evening (Filmed by Andy Jones).
